Preparation for Ayahuasca is a good idea for many reasons. Not only will it contribute to a calmer entry into ceremony and help you get most out of the experience. It could also save you from a more difficult ceremony than necessary, or save your life.

This is an online class for preparing people to drink Ayahuasca safely and wisely. We will discuss:

• Why certain practices are generally adhered to such as diet, and if it is necessary.
• How to create a solid intention, what that even means and why it is important for many of us.
• Give you some practical techniques to practice leading up to the ceremony, that will help you during the event itself.
• Answer as many questions as we can.
